The IOD Blank Ink Pad Pallet was created with you in mind. Designed to be used with IOD Decor Inks making it a breeze to apply ink to your favorite Decor Stamps. Simply load the empty ink pad with your choice of Decor Inks and lightly press the IOD Ink Pad Pallet into your stamps. 

IOD Blank Ink Pad Pallets arrive dry. All you have to do is add the color, or colors, of your choosing and start stamping. Couldn't be easier!
